As an agency recruiter, whenever I cold-called clients or candidates, I rarely, if ever, got hung up on.

I am not a cold caller that people want to hang up on.

This has been my reality since Day One that I've been in this sales job.

It's because of ONE thing I'm good at:

- Captivating the prospect from the start of the call

When you do this right, your prospect won't tell you to F OFF.

They'll likely want to hear you out because you'll be one out of potentially hundreds of cold-callers who are decent, dare I say, amazing at cold-calling.

To this day, it is an extremely rare occurrence for me to be hung up upon. I can count on one hand in the last 10 years how many times it's happened.

This is not a flex, it is my reality.

Because there is such a lack of cold-calling training in "sales school", I'm going to teach my own class.

My goal is to coach you how to form YOUR OWN STYLE and be so dang charming nobody is going to hang up on you again.

Even if they do, it will be way less than you're used to lol.

I think this is a critical lesson every agency recruitment professional needs to take.

I'll cover both cold-calling clients and cold-calling candidates. Both many need help and support on so I'll break it down for you.
